“What a trip! Leading up to visiting Israel we were excited with anticipation, but boy did it exceed anything we had imagined. Our tour guide CJ was outstanding. He broke down the Jewish culture, past and modern history, biblical connections/application, and geography of Israel at every site. It was just so awesome with how many sites and artifacts we were shown and how seamlessly our trip was organized. Throughout the week we were taken well care of. We stayed in very nice hotels, ate great food, and enjoyed a comfortable, air-conditioned bus driven by our expert driver, Happy. Happy made sure we stayed hydrated and took extra special care of us in keeping us safe. CJ and Happy complemented each other wonderfully. With packed days of touring, we enjoyed restful evenings. We also felt safe and secure throughout our travels, allowing us to delve fully into what we were learning and what God was teaching us about Himself.
Besides enjoying CJ and Happys sense of humor, we quickly experienced camaraderie between the rest of our group, which made little things like traveling, eating, and taking pictures fun. Thank you all for loving on us; we thank God for you and this short time we were able to connect. And most importantly we thank God as we recognize all the lessons we learned along the way. He definitely used this trip to reveal new things to us as we learned more about the Bible, God, and ourselves.

Day 1 Depart USA
Relax and rest on your flight from the USA.
Day 2 Arrive in Rome, Italy
Meet your Tour Director at the Rome Fiumicino Airport. Transfer by private motor coach and check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore this ancient capital. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 3 Rome
Steeped in history, the “Eternal City” is vibrantly alive and exciting, and absolutely unique! Start your guided introduction to Rome from St. Peter’s Square, Basilica and Vatican Museum to discover some unique art masterpieces. Tour of the Vatican Museum to discover some unique art masterpieces. Lunch in a local Restaurant according with the program. In the afternoon see other highlights such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Circus Maximus. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 4 Rome - Pisa - Florence
Vistas of rolling hills, cypress trees, terraced vineyards, olive groves, and charming villages form the backdrop as you journey into the heart of Tuscany. Stop in Pisa to enjoy a mini train ride to the Square of Miracles and see the legendary Leaning Tower. Lunch in a local Restaurant according with the program. Then head east to magnificent Florence, “Cradle of the Renaissance. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 5 Florence
Today is devoted to the wonders of Florence, starting with a guided walking tour featuring some of the city’s greatest attractions. See Piazza Santa Croce; world- famous Signoria Square; 13th century Palazzo Vecchio with its collection of artistic masterpieces and incredible courtyards; Loggia dei Lanzi. Lunch in a local Restaurant according with the program. Continue with the fantastic Duomo with Giotto’s Gothic Bell Tower and the Baptistry’s ornate bronze door known as the “Gate of Paradise.” Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 6 Florence - Verona - Venice Area
Travel north and cross the Po River to fabled Verona, setting for Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. See Juliet’s balcony - and be sure to rub the shining breast on her statue for good luck! Also, marvel at the ancient Arena, where gladiators used to fight. Built in the 1st century AD, it is now a popular venue for the world- famous opera festival and other well-known artists’ performances. Lunch in a local Restaurant according with the program. Continue to the Venice area. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 7 Venice Area
One of the most unique cities on Earth, Venice is a place of unmatched beauty and a feast of fantastic sites. View the delightful crisscrossing canals, the gondolas, arched bridges, palaces, and piazzas. Your included orientation features a boat ride to St. Mark’s Square. Lunch in a local Restaurant according with the program. Continue a visit to a Venetian glassblowing workshop. You’ll have time to explore at leisure on your own, join one of our optional excursions, or just relax, sipping a cappuccino or the typical Venetian drink called spritz at one of the many bars or cafes. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 8 Venice Area - Rome
Late in the morning departure for Rome. During the trip stop for lunch. Arrive in Rome in the late afternoon. Dinner and Overnight in the hotel.
Day 9 Return to USA
Relax and reflect on your flight home.

This was my first time to Isreal, and it was such a fantastic trip due to our guide Adam and our driver Money Mike! Adam is so knowledgeable and was really able to make each site come alive for me. We had a really large group, and I am sure that Adam felt like he was “herding cats” all week, but he kept us together and moving through the areas while sharing so much information. With Mike’s driving and sense of humor, I felt very safe even though the streets sometimes seemed way too narrow for all of the buses and cars! The team of Adam and Money Mike were fabulous, and I would highly recommend them!!

If you’re doing the Holy Land Tour, there’s no question in which company to choose - it’s Travel With Friends! The entire trip was very well planned and wasted no time in getting us in and out of sites while beating the crowds. Ibrahim was a phenomenal guide! He was personable, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable in the Bible and history of the land. Will definitely do this trip again and go through Travel With Friends!
