“What a trip! Leading up to visiting Israel we were excited with anticipation, but boy did it exceed anything we had imagined. Our tour guide CJ was outstanding. He broke down the Jewish culture, past and modern history, biblical connections/application, and geography of Israel at every site. It was just so awesome with how many sites and artifacts we were shown and how seamlessly our trip was organized. Throughout the week we were taken well care of. We stayed in very nice hotels, ate great food, and enjoyed a comfortable, air-conditioned bus driven by our expert driver, Happy. Happy made sure we stayed hydrated and took extra special care of us in keeping us safe. CJ and Happy complemented each other wonderfully. With packed days of touring, we enjoyed restful evenings. We also felt safe and secure throughout our travels, allowing us to delve fully into what we were learning and what God was teaching us about Himself.
Besides enjoying CJ and Happys sense of humor, we quickly experienced camaraderie between the rest of our group, which made little things like traveling, eating, and taking pictures fun. Thank you all for loving on us; we thank God for you and this short time we were able to connect. And most importantly we thank God as we recognize all the lessons we learned along the way. He definitely used this trip to reveal new things to us as we learned more about the Bible, God, and ourselves.
Thank you and many Blessings,
Jeanne Jackson

Day 3 Sea of Galilee/ Capernaum/ Caesarea Philippi
Begin with a view from the shores of the Sea of Galilee. Visit the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount, and Magdala, hometown of Mary Magdalene. Take a boat ride across the lake to Capernaum, where you will visit the ancient synagogue and the Greek Orthodox Church with its striking pink domes.
Enjoy a traditional St. Peter’s Fish lunch on the Sea of Galilee. After lunch, travel north to Caesarea Philippi, where Peter confessed Jesus as the Messiah and where you will see the site known as the “Gates of Hell.” Return to your hotel for overnight.
Day 4 Caesarea, Mount Carmel, Megiddo, Nazareth & Cana
Travel along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea, built by Herod the Great. Continue to Mount Carmel, where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal. Enjoy a traditional Druze cultural lunch in a local Druze village on Mount Carmel. After lunch, travel to Megiddo (Armageddon) to explore its archaeological remains. Conclude the day with visits to Nazareth Village and Cana of Galilee, where Jesus performed His first miracle, before returning to the Galilee for overnight.
Day 5 Beit Shean & Journey to Jerusalem
Travel south through the Jordan Valley to Beit Shean, one of the Decapolis cities and the best preserved Roman site in Israel. Continue toward Jerusalem, stopping at Gideon’s Spring, where Gideon’s army was chosen. Arrive in Jerusalem for overnight.
Day 6 Mount of Olives, Gethsemane, Caiaphas & Western Wall Tunnels
Begin on the Mount of Olives with a panoramic view of Jerusalem, then walk down to the Garden of Gethsemane. Visit the house of Caiaphas, where Jesus was held before His crucifixion, and the Upper Room on Mount Zion.
Day 7 Israel Museum, Teaching Steps & Bethany
Visit the Israel Museum, home of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Second Temple model. Continue to the Teaching Steps along the southern edge of the Temple Mount, where Jesus taught His followers.
If time allows, visit Bethany, home of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus, before returning to your hotel.
Day 8 Jerusalem Old City & City of David
Begin early at the Temple Mount, then visit the Pools of Bethesda and the Antonia Fortress. Walk through the Jewish Quarter, visit the Temple Institute, and stop at the Western Wall. Explore the City of David, tour the Western Wall Tunnels, and walk the Pilgrimage Path used by ancient worshipers ascending toward the Temple.
Day 9 Masada, Ein Gedi & Jericho
Depart Jerusalem and drive east through the Judean Wilderness. Ascend by cable car to Masada, Herod’s desert fortress and the site of the Jewish Zealots’ last stand. Continue to the oasis of Ein Gedi, where David hid from Saul, and view the area connected to Ezekiel’s prophecy of the Dead Sea one day coming to life with fresh water and abundant fish (Ezekiel 47). Travel on to Jericho, the oldest inhabited city in the world, to see Mount Temptation and the Valley of the Shadow of Death. Continue south to the Dead Sea and check into your resort hotel for overnight.
Day 10 Dead Sea Region / Gaza Border / Ashdod / Jaffa Farewell
Enjoy the morning at the Dead Sea, experiencing its unique buoyant waters. Depart late morning and, if conditions allow, travel toward the Gaza border for a time of prayer and reflection. Day 11 Return to USA
Relax and reflect on your flight home.

This was my first time to Isreal, and it was such a fantastic trip due to our guide Adam and our driver Money Mike! Adam is so knowledgeable and was really able to make each site come alive for me. We had a really large group, and I am sure that Adam felt like he was “herding cats” all week, but he kept us together and moving through the areas while sharing so much information. With Mike’s driving and sense of humor, I felt very safe even though the streets sometimes seemed way too narrow for all of the buses and cars! The team of Adam and Money Mike were fabulous, and I would highly recommend them!!

If you’re doing the Holy Land Tour, there’s no question in which company to choose - it’s Travel With Friends! The entire trip was very well planned and wasted no time in getting us in and out of sites while beating the crowds. Ibrahim was a phenomenal guide! He was personable, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable in the Bible and history of the land. Will definitely do this trip again and go through Travel With Friends!
