Susan joined the Friends team in January of 2020 as the receptionist. Susan developed a passion for the travel industry and specifically Friends after taking a trip to the Holy Land with her church in November 2019. She loved the experience so much that she applied to work at Friends when she returned to the states. She enjoys doing her part to help create an amazing travel experience for others. She is a proud mom of one teenage daughter and has 3 dogs and a cat at home to keep the house fun and lively.
