Carefully read these terms and conditions. Enrollment in and payment for any program offered herein constitutes acceptance and agreement to be bound by the terms thereof.
: In order to guarantee the group rate, all registrations must be submitted in full to Friends Tours and Travel, Inc. no later than 90 days prior to departure. Registrations received after 90 days incur a $50 penalty and are subject to airline ticket cost differences. Please fill out all fields completely.
The name on your air ticket must exactly match your name as it appears on your passport. Please forward a copy of the photo/informational page of your passport when enrolling on the tour. If applying for a new or renewed passport, send the copy as soon as you receive your passport. U.S. citizens do not need a visa for travel to Israel. If traveling on a passport from a country requiring a visa to enter Israel, any additional fees are the responsibility of the traveler. If you are traveling to any other country requiring a visa, then it is your responsibility to secure said visa before the date of travel.
No vaccination or re-vaccination is required nor is any particular health requirement applicable. Tour members are expected to be in good health. Tour members who require any form of special assistance must be accompanied by a helper who is fully responsible for those tour members.
Except where otherwise stated, Friends Tours and Travel, Inc. and/or its agents act only as agents for the relevant supplier in securing hotels, transportation and other travel services and in no event shall Friends Tours and Travel, Inc. or the tour organizer be liable for failure by any such supplier to render such transportation, lodging or other travel services to be provided on the tour. Friends Tours and Travel, Inc. and the tour organizer assume no liability for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service to your tour. Similarly, without limiting the foregoing, passenger agrees to hold Friends Tours and Travel, Inc. and the tour organizer harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other types of conveyance, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes or labor unrest or any Act of God or for any other act of any third party. We also reserve the right to withdraw the tour, reschedule the departure, amend the itinerary, substitute hotels of comparable quality, and generally make any alteration or substitution if improvements can be made or operating requirements make it advisable, or for unforeseen conditions beyond our control deem changes necessary. The Tour Operator reserves the right to remove from the tour any person whose actions, conduct, mental or physical condition impose upon or disturb other tour members or impeded the operation of the tour. By signing the registration form and utilizing the services of the Tour Operator and its suppliers, the participant acknowledges and accepts the foregoing conditions. The passenger also agrees that the exclusive venue of any suit or cause of action arising directly or indirectly from this agreement will be made in Little Rock, Arkansas, where Arkansas Law will apply. Friends Tours and Travel, Inc. is registered with the state of Arkansas as a seller of Travel. No person, other than an authorized representative of Friends Tours & Travel is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition listed here.
nsurance is strongly recommended. Transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their carriers or conveyances. The passenger contract in use by the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Transportation Companies and the purchaser of the tour(s) or cruise(s) and/or passengers and Friends Tours and Travel, Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility in connection therewith. Friends Tours & Travel bares no responsibility for insurance pricing. By declining or not choosing travel insurance, you agree to be responsible for all charges and arrangements for cancellation or medical treatment/transport while traveling.
IATA economy class. Airline upgrades may be available at additional cost to the customer. If your departure city differs from the group departure city, it must be indicated on your registration form. Unless indicated otherwise, all airline tickets are issued from the group departure city. Supplement may apply for departure cities other than agreed upon group departure city. Please note that specific air seat requests will be forwarded to the airline on your behalf but are subject to final approval/confirmation by the airline.
Because of space limitations on buses and new airline regulations, we have included porterage for only one check-on bag (combination width, length and height not to exceed 62 inches and weight limit of 50 pounds) in tour cost. You may also take on carry-on which will fit under your airline seat or in the overhead compartment.
First class and/or deluxe hotels. All hotels are with private bath per person cost based on sharing twin-bedded rooms. A limited number of single rooms are available at the supplement Indicated. In the event of any unforeseen hotel changes, a similar hotel may be substituted. For children 12 year of age or older, full land cost applies. Unaccompanied minor under 18 years of age cannot be accepted. Your tour host will be able to advise you.
Air & Land itineraries are agreed upon with the tour host. Any arrangements outside of the agreed upon itineraries are the responsibility of the traveler and are not included in the advertised price.
On tour, meals consisting of buffet breakfast and dinner daily. Coffee and/or tea included with breakfast, but as is customary overseas not included with dinner and are an extra cost if requested. Meals while in-flight are according to custom of airline involved and shall be considered the meal service appropriate to the time of day. Special dietary meals cannot be guaranteed on the land tour.
Deluxe, modern, air-conditioned motor coach and English-speaking guides are used throughout the tour and are exclusively for group.
As indicated in the itinerary with service of local English-speaking guides including entrance fees to sights indicated on brochure.
Between all arrival, departure points and hotels with one suitcase except in the USA where no service is provided. Anyone choosing land only is responsible for additional transfers resulting from differences in departure and arrival times.
Local, state and hotel taxes are included. Departure taxes and various service charges are included unless specified. Tips to guides and drivers are extra.
If you are traveling alone and wish to share accommodations, we will try to assign you a roommate, if one is available. If there is no one with whom you can share, you will be invoiced for a single room. Items not mentioned as being included, but not limited to passport fees, beverages and meals other than those mentioned, laundry or dry cleaning and all other items of a personal nature are at the full expense of tour members.
Your deposit per person constitutes your conditions and will be applied to total price of program selected. Payment can be made in full. Remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 90 days prior to departure. After initial deposit, a $100 cancellation fee (per person) applies for any cancellation received in writing up to 90 days prior to departure. Deposit becomes nonrefundable within 90 days (60-89) prior to departure. Within 60 days (0-59) prior to departure is possible under any circumstances for cancellations. No refunds will be given for services or sightseeing rendered and not used by tour members. All payments received will be processed immediately. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or change the tour in whole or in part at any time when unforeseen circumstances arise. All cancellations must be in writing. After ticketing of international and domestic air, a cancellation penalty of 100% of air fare is in effect. Group tickets are normally issued approximately 30 days prior to departure, but in the event that your ticket is used earlier, the above schedule of cancellation penalties and refund amounts will be adjusted accordingly.
